Refreshing Words to live

Gain your momentum back by refreshing yourselves, indeed being motivated to do more by breathtaking words. Feel Alive!

Chasing blue sky and caressing gentle sunshine.

Waves of the breeze as if swimming deep under the sea.

Feeling alive by breathtaking heights of blue, the birds flying in the air, wholly feel those calm moves.

With Nature’s music enlivening our lives.

Energy

Am I floating on my thoughts,
Or diving inside?
Is shallow water enough to dive?
Does a big ocean it requires?
All you need is the energy!
To travel at speed of light,
And to leave behind the time…
It's the energy!

Stars make the dark night, bright,
As darkness give them space to shine.
They burn with huge energy,
Giving starry beautiful sky.

Hard work, pain and suffering,
Just harness the energy inside,
and just smile!
Sadness acts as friction,
Don’t lose your energy…
Frustrated, overwhelmed,
Stop being overheat.

Stay calm as the nature, full of energy.
As black as the universe,
Full of stars and galaxies.
Unstoppable, natural tendency to feed the curiosity!
Just harness your energy…

United to One Earth

Borders may classify but not the reason to fight.
May be the synonym of differentiate,
but unity in diversity, it creates.
Differentiated are the same.
Collective mindset, they beheld.
This cultivates their own beautiful identity,
This is what differentiate.
Borders not to fight,
But to glorify…
With different ideas and visions,
On the single beautiful earth,
Human race to flight.
Magnificent nature,
Breathtaking oceans of tree,
Aquatic world flourish with human species.
Humanity to rule for all,
Anger is not always ‘hate’.
Compromise, people’s strength.
Like all social species, humans too.
To live, you need me, I need you.
The planet is a chain,
Nothing can be apart.
Humans and nature
together to see the future.
Borders not to deteriorate the earth.
Which gave us life,
Which has been always modified.
To gain power, we have science.
But weak should not left behind,
For the human race to flight…
Without nature to be harmed,
As we are its creations.
Let this planet not to be left behind,
Let our development save it,
We still have some time.
Seeking for mars, let’s unite,
As the truth is –
No planet is beautiful than earth,
Nature and human minds…

A walk-poem on the life

What is life? What is its purpose? Let’s find out with this poem.

It will never stop!

Earth never stops,
around the sun revolving, rotating
as no friction is there to stop.
Day, night, and again day,
it goes on and on…
We are on the long treadmill,
need to go on and on.
If you stop, what will happen? It’s known.

Binary choices, choose one of them,
to grow up, you need to hustle.
Or stay on your pace
but I warn, never stop.

It’s the walk to live and walk to learn,
walk to enjoy every moment with fun.
We are the part of beautiful nature,
Birds, trees, rivers, and nature’s bounties,
They are our brothers and sisters.
Many explorations left to be discovered,
it’s walk with curious questions,
on the way by which you learn.

Unified New Year Resolutions -Many small steps can make a big change.

A brand-new beginning is coming towards you, do you want to make it better than last year? Of course Yes, so let’s make a change with new year resolutions and make this year the best.

What made the last year bad? Or less fruitful? It might be the pandemic, loneliness, laziness, procrastination, give up, etc. These are either problems or mistakes.

Today is always better than tomorrow if we solve the problems of the past and do not repeat the mistakes.

So, let’s do the same. Let’s turn pandemic into productivity, loneliness into self-improvement, laziness into willpower, and removing the word procrastination from 2021 which can turn it into the year like the last one. We will not give up, instead built trust for ourselves.

Let’s Change the way of thinking

Let’s color the hearts with Empathy. I will smile every day, turning the year happy. Don’t puzzle yourself with problems but find the solution immediately, this is how I am going to be stress-free.

Staying Active and Awakened

Collecting the information every day, which will help me to stay balanced. Learning and doing new things, through small steps I will climb up the building.

“ Education is not about learning of facts, but training the mind to think.” ~ Albert Einstein

Stay Fit and Healthier, than last year

Exercising my body every day. Junk food only on Sundays. Breathing with myself for some time, that will make me feel alive.

Stop Procrastination

I will not let my laziness to destroy my dreams and plans. Only I can remove it from my way, now it’s all in my hand, not in the hands of laziness.

It’s not time to make a big change, with the power of unity with small but effective steps.

As the header was UNIFIED New year resolution, there is something to do with unity, being far but all together learning a lesson from last year. As I said in the beginning, to make the new year better than last year, we must not repeat the mistakes done by us in the past. That’s saving nature from ourselves, for ourselves. Pollution is increasing, resulting in increasing sea level, bringing storms and unseasonal rains. We all know it, but at the same time doing nothing which can add dangerous natural calamities to our new year. But then what to do? I will do the things below from my heart, as we are a part of nature.

  • Switch off the light, enjoy the bright daytime.
  • Quit the unnecessary drives or trips through your car.
  • Quit using plastic bags.
  • Use the fan instead of air conditioners, feeling the beauty of natural air.
  • Keep the car tires fully inflated.
  • Go close to nature, using the resources that are renewable.
  • Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and there are many more.
  • And most important, spread awareness, at least by sharing this post.

“Be the change you want to see in the world.”

~ Mahatma Gandhi

Wishing you all a very happy and prosperous new year! Please feel free to share your new year’s resolution in the comment section below.

FOCUS

It is the key to open your doors

do not lose it, just keep going.

Do not choose an arbitrary way to doors,

there in between will be many thieves.

Do not get the key to be stolen,

kill the thieves with it,

just go on with the lamp of optimism.

The bewildering world in which we live,

pass over, or else lose the key.

keep running with it do not leave,

Remember, procrastination is its biggest enemy.

The key is to focus,

It’s now time to open the doors through it.

Was this journey like you mapped out for this?

~ Vedangi

The above poem is written by me on “Focus” which is used by every great scientist and the great people to achieve their goals. From my perspective, it is the key to fulfill your goals too as done by the great people in this world. This poem describes the journey of being focused ( focus on the journey, not the destination first ) and opening the doors of success.

Hope you like it. Please feel free to share your views about it through the comments below.

Motivation or Willpower?

Do you completely believe in motivation? Motivation is not at all enough to complete your tasks or goal, or make life better. You will be on track of challenges that I gave you last week. Have you noticed the changes? Were these changes possible after reading motivational things or motivating yourself? According to me it’s no. The question is why. You will get it at the end of reading this article. And I bet, this will be life changing.

What is motivation ?

Let’s understand it from the word itself. Motivation comes from the word “motive”. It means reason for doing something. It guides us towards the motive and reminds us about the goal. But remember, it is not permanent. how? you might have experienced it. Initially you motivate yourself for doing something, but it just reminds you about your goal. Increase your desire and excitement. But you also have to work for it.

Why motivation does not work sometimes?

Simple answer is because it is alone. Motivation boosts your determination. Now its job of willpower (ability to control yourself) that will make you DO the action. Once you do or act, it will itself motivate you to do more. Do not overthink on place of being motivated. Little motivation + will power to DO more with planning and perfection is what smart as well as hard workers need. Don’t get puzzled with motivating words. Plan first, act on it, motivate a little to boost determination and keep doing with will power. Always if follow the proverb, Action speaks louder then words, you have build up a strong foundation with action, and willpower + little motivation (if needed) will fulfill the goal.

So, challenges make you DO something and here action the base not motivation, hence, it is much more effective then being motivated. Yes, but you need willpower to fulfill these challenges.

Please feel free to comment your perspective about it.

Life-Changing Challenges

Challenges are the surprise walls. If you cross it, you will get a life-changing surprise. And I am here with 5-6 challenges that will do the same. Set the time of 30 days and see the change in yourself.

“If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” ~ Fred DeVito

Before introducing the challenge, let’s see some rules about it.

Live every moment

Live every minute with full energy and a purpose. Complete each challenge with interest. Because interest is something that becomes a reason which motivates you to keep going.

Love yourself

During these 30 days or may whole life, you must love yourself. You have the ability to do anything, but ability should not be hidden under the views of others. Don’t see yourself from other’s eyes. You know yourself better than others. Forget the sentence, ‘what will others think if I do that’.

Now you are ready for the challenge.

Rise with the sun

Laziness or comfort cannot stop me to rise early and shorten my day. When I wake up, ‘I will shine like the sun’ I say.

Energize yourself with yoga (at least 15 mins  but efficiently)

When you do yoga, you feel relaxed. But there’s much more that happens within yourself. Yoga improves blood circulation, sharpen your memory, keeps your body flexible, and make us healthy, both physically as well as mentally.

Do what you don’t want

‘I don’t want to do this. It will take a lot of time and is too difficult for me.’ Is there any task like ‘it’ that scares you? Defeat it! But how? Think about why it is difficult for you? Because if you know the problem (why) it is easy to work for the solution. There are many ways of it, but the simplest is the fish bond diagram. Google it how to use that diagram. Initially, it might be boring for you but when you will use it, you will find it extremely helpful. Don’t get puzzled in question, find the actual problem, and solve it. Challenge your fears and complete this challenge.

Give some time to yourself

Appreciate yourself for your deeds and to do more. Give some time to your hobbies, they not waste and can become your passion. Discover yourself. You can be multi-passionate. This may be a difficult one. List out your qualities, combine, mix, mash and it can be a unique idea or passion that you didn’t notice in you but is actually in you.

Check what you think or believe

Check what you think is correct or not as it will affect you do. Example:- ‘I will study maximum time this week and score well.’ Or ‘ I will study more efficiently this week and score well.’  ‘Children cannot do coding’ or ‘ Anyone can do anything’. Read positive quotes and thoughts in the morning because a single motivating line can enlighten the day. If you watch good documentaries rather than television it can change your vision (way of thinking). So, there are many ways to be a better thinker which will also help to make good decisions.

Plan & DO, just do it!

Plan your day one day ago and make every day perfect. Remember, each thing you plan should be DONE the next day. Do not overthink, just plan it and DO it with perfection. Many things till now which you have just spoken off when you are talking to the friends, which might not be true or over-praised yourself in front of someone to look good like ‘I can do this, I can do that…etc.’ But now, it’s time to turn it into real action.

“ Actions speak louder than words”

Learn a new thing every week

If you learn a new skill every week, you will have learnt 5 new skills in these 30 days. Don’t see 5 but do 1, and you will do a lot more than you thought.

I am sure that these challenges will help you a lot. Follow the rules and challenge yourself. Smile while every challenge you do and enjoy the jolly change!

Replace bad habits with good habits

Habits have lots of power. It is a strong attracting force that pulls you towards the phone. You have already felt its power. If this power is used in the correct way, if can be life changing. Here is the habit challenge for you with the steps to successfully complete it.

WE HEAR SOUND FROM EARS

How do we hear simple vibrations of air molecules as sound with different frequences and tunes? Let’s understand it together!

Let’s have a look to the parts of human ear to learn it better.

Our ear is divided into three parts. These work together to hear sound.

  • Outer ear ( includes Pinna and ear cannel )
  • Middle ear ( including ear drum and Ossicles)
  • Inner ear ( including Cochlea)

OUTER EAR

  • The shape of outer ear is funnel like.
  • It gathers sound from the environment.
  • Then, the sound travels down through ear canal. At the end of it a thin, elastic and circular membrane called a eardrum, stretched tightly.

MIDDLE EAR

• The sound vibrates the eardrum that in turn vibrates three soft bones (together called ossicles) attached to it.

• These ossicles amplify (increases) the vibrations as the rest of the ear is filled with fluid, so more pressure is needed to vibrate it.

• And then the vibrations are passed to the inner ear through middle ear bones or ossicles.

OSSCICLES

Three soft bones in our ear have their own fancy names:- First one is malleus, second is Incus and last is Stapes.

common names:- hammer, anvil and stepes

Stepes is the smallest bone in human body.

How the ossicles amplify the vibrations?

  • This happens due to the structure of ossicles.
  • The area of ear drum is much more larger then of stapes.
  • So, the same amount of force when applied on stapes (much more smaller area than eardrum), then the pressure increases. As pressure–> Force/Area.

INNER EAR

  • The shape of the inner ear is coiled and snail like. It is also termed as cochlea that is filled with fluid. The hair cells in it convert vibrations into electrical signals.
  • Which are then transferred to the brain through auditory nerve.
  • The brain interprets these electrical signals as sound and we can enjoy music!
