Life-Changing Challenges

Challenges are the surprise walls. If you cross it, you will get a life-changing surprise. And I am here with 5-6 challenges that will do the same. Set the time of 30 days and see the change in yourself.

“If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” ~ Fred DeVito

Before introducing the challenge, let’s see some rules about it.

Live every moment

Live every minute with full energy and a purpose. Complete each challenge with interest. Because interest is something that becomes a reason which motivates you to keep going.

Love yourself

During these 30 days or may whole life, you must love yourself. You have the ability to do anything, but ability should not be hidden under the views of others. Don’t see yourself from other’s eyes. You know yourself better than others. Forget the sentence, ‘what will others think if I do that’.

Now you are ready for the challenge.

Rise with the sun

Laziness or comfort cannot stop me to rise early and shorten my day. When I wake up, ‘I will shine like the sun’ I say.

Energize yourself with yoga (at least 15 mins  but efficiently)

When you do yoga, you feel relaxed. But there’s much more that happens within yourself. Yoga improves blood circulation, sharpen your memory, keeps your body flexible, and make us healthy, both physically as well as mentally.

Do what you don’t want

‘I don’t want to do this. It will take a lot of time and is too difficult for me.’ Is there any task like ‘it’ that scares you? Defeat it! But how? Think about why it is difficult for you? Because if you know the problem (why) it is easy to work for the solution. There are many ways of it, but the simplest is the fish bond diagram. Google it how to use that diagram. Initially, it might be boring for you but when you will use it, you will find it extremely helpful. Don’t get puzzled in question, find the actual problem, and solve it. Challenge your fears and complete this challenge.

Give some time to yourself

Appreciate yourself for your deeds and to do more. Give some time to your hobbies, they not waste and can become your passion. Discover yourself. You can be multi-passionate. This may be a difficult one. List out your qualities, combine, mix, mash and it can be a unique idea or passion that you didn’t notice in you but is actually in you.

Check what you think or believe

Check what you think is correct or not as it will affect you do. Example:- ‘I will study maximum time this week and score well.’ Or ‘ I will study more efficiently this week and score well.’  ‘Children cannot do coding’ or ‘ Anyone can do anything’. Read positive quotes and thoughts in the morning because a single motivating line can enlighten the day. If you watch good documentaries rather than television it can change your vision (way of thinking). So, there are many ways to be a better thinker which will also help to make good decisions.

Plan & DO, just do it!

Plan your day one day ago and make every day perfect. Remember, each thing you plan should be DONE the next day. Do not overthink, just plan it and DO it with perfection. Many things till now which you have just spoken off when you are talking to the friends, which might not be true or over-praised yourself in front of someone to look good like ‘I can do this, I can do that…etc.’ But now, it’s time to turn it into real action.

“ Actions speak louder than words”

Learn a new thing every week

If you learn a new skill every week, you will have learnt 5 new skills in these 30 days. Don’t see 5 but do 1, and you will do a lot more than you thought.

I am sure that these challenges will help you a lot. Follow the rules and challenge yourself. Smile while every challenge you do and enjoy the jolly change!

Replace bad habits with good habits

Habits have lots of power. It is a strong attracting force that pulls you towards the phone. You have already felt its power. If this power is used in the correct way, if can be life changing. Here is the habit challenge for you with the steps to successfully complete it.
